Perform at least one complete test - a test which tests integrity of the whole Twister. If the device fails a test then check all the testpoints in the schematic with a voltmeter. The testpoints are the little table at the bottom.

Incomplete tests

Twister sanity check - only very basic test.
Packetloss on wire loopback - this one tests just the cable and switches.

Complete tests

Bit Error Rate - tests integrity of the whole Twister2
Packetloss - more crude test that tests the whole Twister2.
Bit Error Rate of 2 Twister2s - tests whole Twister2, but you need two of them.
Packetloss of 2 Twister2s - tests whole Twister2, but you need two of them.
