2pcs. bolt M3x(10+6-0), with thread up to the head, hex or Allen or Philips or cheese head.
5pcs. nut M3, galvanized
4pcs. nut M4, brass. Or galvanized (20 minut time penalty)
1pc. toothed spring washer M3 (3.2mm), galvanized

Metal

About 2.5 dm^2 of tin plated steel sheet, 0.15-0.35 mm thick.
PCB variant only: 8-12mm dia. copper (or brass) bar, length:

Chemistry

Glue for sticking paper on metal
Isopropyl alcohol. For washing printed circuit boards (PCB variant only).

0.5m of 1mm^2 insulated hard copper wire.
20cm double-conductor cord stranded 1.5mm^2 each conductor
20cm shielded stranded single-conductor with solderable shield
