All measurements were done at temperature 24 degC.
I measured SFH203 in darkness (melted in a black PVC insulating tube) and extracted the static parameters. PostScript, PDF.
I used a test rig with a smart tweezer. The smart tweezer shows 1.501pF itself and the rig had calculated capacitance 1.6575pF (2 TMD resistors with short leads in series). Since the measuring device produces a 720mVpp signal, I didn't measure below 0.5V to not put the diode into conduction. The data after correcting for these effects:
