BPW43 from Vishay Telefunken
SFH203 (clear package) and SFH203F (with filter -- not suitable for 625 nm!) photodetectors from Infineon (former Siemens). The online version has disappeared without appearing somewhere else. Browsing in Infineons' products online reveals the diode is probably not being produced anymore.
