Making the half duplex reduction

This reduction is an Y-shaped piece of connectors and wires. Consists of two DB-15 males and one DB-15 female and serves the purpose of emulating fullduplex network cards using two halfduplex network cards. One male is marked "T" and is for transmitting, the other "R" and is for receiving.

Take two spare DB-15 connector males and one DB-15 female. Mark one male "T" and the other "R". Connect pins with short (about 5cm, to minimize high-frequency problems) pieces of wire to make the Y-shaped connector reduction:
