Measuring or estimating Bit Error Rate (BER) of 2x Ronja Twister.

Requirements

2 computers connected with (crossover) TP cable with IP networking set up between them
Tetrapolis Power Source or Inferno Power Source.

If you don't interconnect the Twisters exactly as described, it may mysteriously fail to work or have packetloss.

If you have 520mA @12V regulated power supply, connect the Twisters as in the picture.

Otherwise you have to connect them using capacitors. Connect separate power supply to each Twister.

If you have Linux where C programs can be compiled on one PC, then perform the ronjaping variant.

Otherwise perform the ping variant.

BER should be under 10^-9. If it's worse, then something is wrong with the electronics.
