If you have Linux where C programs can be compiled, then perform the Bertest variant.

ronjaping

If you have POSIX OS where C programs can be compiled, then perform the ronjaping variant.

ping

Otherwise perform the ping variant.

Evaluation

BER should be under 10^-9. If it's worse, then something is wrong with the electronics.
