Take a metal saw or a file and cut or file out appropriately profiled cuttings in the longer pieces that fits the railing's shape. Put on, insert M10 thread bars, toothed spring washers, put on M10 nuts and tighten firmly. Grip the console and jerk with it forcefully in various directions to settle down the joint. Retighten after some time.
Ground the console using the lightning rod clamps and lightning rod conductor to a suitable lightning conductor or grounded roof tin nearby. Check with a multimeter that the connection has less than 0.2 Ohm resistance.
