This electronic device is a low-frequency receiver for amplifying (continuous wave) signal for lens measurement.

Interfaces

6-terminal wire nut. Two terminals are input from PIN photodiode, two terminals are 12V power the device requires. The remaining 2 terminals are output to AC voltmeter where the readout is proportional to amount of modulated light that is received.

It is designed for receiving 1kHz signal (about 500Hz-2kHz).
